1. Can I track my order?

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

2. Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email shopify@rhinowalk.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

3. Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

4. Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via shopify@rhinowalk.com
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yoursel

5. My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

Contact us at shopify@rhinowalk.com as soon as possible.

6. I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via shopify@rhinowalk.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.

1. How much does shipping cost?

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all Rhinowalk Brand products.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We can ship to 72 countries including the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Poland, etc.

Note: In some remote areas, you may need to pay extra for shipping!

3. How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.

4. How long does shipping take?

Fast delivery from EU local warehouse
EU: 3 - 7 business days(average time)

Shipping from China countries
Standard: 10-40 business days

(The shipping time to Europe and the United States is usually 10-20 days, you can contact us to confirm the specific time limit)

 

Fast shipping: 

DHL/UPS/FedEx and other express：3-7 business days(Need to pay extra for shipping.)
